As moms, dads, aunties, uncles, caretakers, etc we all struggle with healthy meal options for our little ones. Don’t get me started on what a nightmare it is, when you go through the trouble of cooking a good meal and have your toddler spit it all out or refuse to eat it. It’s the worst! Store bought meals aren’t always ideal or liked by every child and so home cooked meals are usually my go to for my daughters. Even if you have a picky eater, at least you still have a wide range of options to choose from. Below are a few of my favourite breakfast, lunch and snack ideas and yes I usually make them all from scratch!
